Graduation

I've been neglecting my blog again! No excuses. Just busy.

Well, today's the day. Cory graduates.

I'm excited and happy and sad all at the same time.

Our parent group has planned for a year for this day, we've done a ton of fund raising for our drug & alcohol-free party, and we finished decorating the gym this morning. Now we're just waiting for the time to go back down to the school for the ceremony.

Did I mention that I'm excited and happy and sad? Tears keep leaking out.

Since I'm on the school board, I get to hand him his diploma. I don't know if I'll be able to hold it together then. I'm taking a box of kleenex with me! Right after graduation, we're boarding the bus to go to our party. I'm one of the chaperones (one of the benefits of being the president of the parent group). I'm looking forward to the trip...we'll have lots of fun...and hopefully by then I will have stopped crying!
